University of Johannesburg 20 year alumni event

I had the privilege of presenting at a University of Johannesburg 20 year alumni event. I presented with two other really incredible ladies. My focus was on the stewardship role that South Africa has played since the early days of the King code as well as the Johannesburg stock exchange SRI index. 

I also looked at some of the goals that have already been met by the National Development Plan (NDP) as well as South Africa's meeting of some of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and targets. We of course still have a long way to go, but let us look at what we are doing right. It’s important to learn from our own winds. There are pockets of excellence from which we should draw. 

We have met a few of the girls in the NDP but we are working towards the NDP 2030 and beyond. We continue to work on the SDGs, but we also have to focus on reforms and restructure of the economy.
